Set up the Express VPN connection with a mobile hotspot
If you are, like me, lost after realizing that your network adapter does not support a virtual router. Win + R cmd netsh wlan show drivers Fear not, as long as you are under Windows 10 and you have the Mobile Hotspot feature. Turn it on, share your wifi or Ethernet connection. Disable your Firewall if you have any. Connect to the new hotspot. Now select Change adapter options Right click on ExpressVPN Tap Adapter Select allow other network users, From the drop down menu select the newly created wifi hotspot which would appear as Local Area Connection. Press OK. Launch Express VPN app. Connect your device and enjoy :) Your device might be a Chromecast or mobile phone :)
